FAQ
A same-day delivery answers today's need: you book, a reserved vehicle collects and delivers within the day. A round is planned ahead and comes back on the same rhythm to much the same drops; our algorithms work out the route from each address's receiving hours. Many customers use both.
Yes, in a dual-temperature van: chilled (0–4 °C) and frozen travel in two separate compartments on the same round.
It depends on the vehicle, the distance, the number of drops and the temperature. We quote from your volumes: tell us what you send in a quote request.
Every delivery is tracked live and confirmed with proof of delivery, which you'll find in your Shippr dashboard. Your recipients can follow their order on its way.
No. One business will often supply its shops on a night round, its customers the same day and its pallets by lorry. One account, one dashboard, and the vehicle changes with the job.
Tell us what you send: we'll put together the right mix of vehicles, times and temperatures.
