Rounds
Route planning: the order and ETA of your destinations, around your constraints
We work out the order of your destinations around each customer’s delivery slot and the vehicle reserved for your round. During the round, you see the driver on the map and the ETA of every destination, recalculated as they go.
What you see
Your round, destination by destination
We work out the order of your destinations
Our planning algorithms place every destination by its time slot, the travel times and the vehicle. You see the order of the destinations before the round leaves.
Every customer keeps their time slot
For each address, you give a time to deliver before, after or between. If the slots cannot all be met, the dashboard tells you before you order.
The ETA keeps itself up to date
During the round, the ETA of every destination is recalculated from the driver’s position. A delay at one destination carries over to the next ones, and you see it.
How it works
Step by step
- 01
You give us your addresses and time slots
By hand, from an Excel file or through the API.
- 02
We plan the round
The order of the destinations, the vehicle and the ETA of each, before it leaves.
- 03
You follow the driver
On the map, with the ETA of every destination, updated during the round.
- 04
You compare ETA and actual
The export gives, destination by destination, the ETA and the actual arrival and departure times.

Frequently asked questions
Route planning
Can I set the order of my destinations myself?
Yes, depending on your plan. By default, our algorithms work out the order that keeps every customer’s time slot. If you always deliver in the same order, you can fix it yourself, for a round of up to nine hours.
What happens if a destination runs late?
The ETA of the following destinations is recalculated from the driver’s position, and the dashboard flags a possible delay with the original ETA. Your recipients are told by text or email if the announced time moves by more than 30 minutes.
Can I see the actual time at each destination?
Yes. Every destination is time-stamped when the driver arrives and when they leave. You see it in the delivery’s details and in the export, next to the ETA.
How is this different from your delivery rounds service?
The service is the round we run for you: the vehicle, the driver, the cold chain if your goods need it. This page describes what you see of it in your dashboard. The two go together.
Do your rounds call at dozens of addresses?
Send us your addresses and time slots: we’ll propose a round and its price.
