Proof of delivery

Proof of delivery: a photo, a code and the time of every drop

At every drop, the driver photographs your parcels, and the time and place of their arrival are recorded. If you switch it on, your recipient confirms the handover with a three-digit code. You find every proof in your dashboard, and print or download it whenever you need it.

What you see

What proves every drop

A photo at every delivery

The driver photographs your parcels at collection and at every drop, for all our customers. Your recipient also sees the photo on their tracking page.

Your recipient confirms with a code

They receive a three-digit code by text or email and give it to the driver. If they cannot, the driver records why and photographs the handover in person.

The driver counts your returnable crates

On request, they enter the crates dropped and collected at every destination, with a photo. You find those counts, delivery by delivery, in your dashboard and in the export.

Frequently asked questions

Proof of delivery

How do I know my parcel was handed over?

In the delivery’s details: every destination has its photo of the drop, the driver’s arrival and departure times and, if you switched it on, the code confirmed by the recipient. Your recipient sees the same photo on their tracking page.

Can I require a delivery code?

Yes, for your whole account or delivery by delivery. Your recipient receives the code by text or email and on their tracking page, and gives it to the driver. The code is checked in the driver’s app, even without a signal.

What happens if nobody is in?

The driver follows the instruction you chose: leave it with a neighbour or at the door, with a photo of the spot, or bring it back to the collection point. You see the reason in your dashboard, and your recipient is told.

Can I print a delivery’s proofs?

Yes. The dashboard prints all the proofs of a delivery, or those of a single destination, and every photo can be downloaded on its own.

Do you count the crates my customers give back?

Yes, on request. At every destination, the driver enters the crates dropped and collected, with a photo depending on your account’s setting. The dashboard shows, for each delivery, how many crates were dropped and collected, and the export lists the counts destination by destination.

Does a disputed delivery cost you time?

Tell us what you deliver: we agree with you on the proof required at every drop.
