Delivering in Strasbourg

We plan your Strasbourg deliveries around the ZFE, the Grande Île and the wholesale market

Anywhere in the Eurométropole, the courier arrives with a Crit’Air sticker allowed in the ZFE

The low-emission zone does not stop at the Strasbourg city limits: it covers all 33 municipalities, except a few bypass roads such as the M353, and applies to vans and lorries alike, at all hours. A vehicle with no sticker, or rated Crit’Air 4 or 5, may no longer drive there. Whatever your customer’s address, we give the job to a partner whose vehicle is allowed in the zone.

On the Grande Île, we hand over your orders between 6am and 10:30am

On the Grande Île, the historic centre, goods delivery vehicles may drive from 6am to 10:30am, pedestrian streets included. From 10:30am until 6am, entry needs an exemption. When you book, we plan each Grande Île handover before 10:30am.

We deliver what you buy at the Strasbourg wholesale market before your restaurants open

The Strasbourg wholesale market, the Marché d’intérêt national, covers 15 hectares in the city’s green belt. Our couriers collect what you buy from your wholesaler there at night or before dawn, and hand it over to your restaurants and shops before they open to the public — on the Grande Île, within the 6am to 10:30am delivery window.

Local rules checked in October 2026.

Strasbourg and the Eurométropole

We deliver to your customers from central Strasbourg out to Vendenheim and Plobsheim

In Strasbourg, two rules frame our deliveries. The first applies across the whole area: the 33 municipalities of the Eurométropole form a single low-emission zone, day and night, from which vehicles with no sticker or rated Crit’Air 4 and 5 are barred, and the Eurométropole is currently reviewing the timetable for its next stages. The second applies in the centre: goods deliveries by vehicle on the Grande Île are allowed from 6am to 10:30am, pedestrian streets included. So a single round can start on the Grande Île and carry on to Lingolsheim or Bischheim.

The courier restocks your Grande Île shops between 6am and 10:30am, then goes on to your customers in Schiltigheim

The courier takes no other consignment: they leave from your site and stop only at your recipients. As most of your jobs serve several addresses, we link them into a multi-drop round: a warehouse in Geispolsheim, for example, restocking shops on the Grande Île between 6am and 10:30am, then customers in Schiltigheim. That is how our same-day delivery works, from a 5 m³ van up to a truck of more than 20 m³.

Our couriers load at night and supply your Grande Île restaurants from 6am

Most of what we do is refrigerated transport, chilled and frozen alike. A central kitchen or a production kitchen in Strasbourg often finishes production during the night; a food wholesaler, at Strasbourg’s wholesale food market, for example, supplies restaurants and shops; and all of them want their products before they open to the public. The courier collects at that point, hands over the Grande Île orders first, from 6am, then those for the rest of the Eurométropole: those are our night deliveries.

When a customer in Hoenheim does not answer, our team calls the courier and sets a new time

A Grande Île restaurant not yet open, a customer in Hoenheim who does not answer, an order ready late: our team calls the courier and the recipient, sets a new time and only comes to you when the decision is yours. That follow-up weighs more on your teams than the journey itself, and we take it on every day from 6am to 10pm. Real-time tracking and proof of delivery stay available in your dashboard.

Frequently asked questions

What you ask us about our deliveries in Strasbourg

My customers are in Vendenheim and Eschau: are they in your area?

Yes. Our couriers cover the 33 municipalities of the Eurométropole de Strasbourg, from Vendenheim and Reichstett in the north to Eschau and Plobsheim in the south, and we also connect the Eurométropole with the rest of France.

Does the ZFE cover only Strasbourg, or the whole Eurométropole?

The whole Eurométropole. All 33 of its municipalities are in the zone; only a few bypass roads, such as the M353 or the A35 north of the Vendenheim interchange, are excluded for through traffic. So your customer is always inside the zone, and the job goes to a vehicle that is allowed in it.

Can you deliver to my shop on the Grande Île in the afternoon?

No, not without an exemption: deliveries by vehicle end there at 10:30am, pedestrian streets included. We place your handover between 6am and 10:30am, and if the order comes in too late for the morning, we tell you when you book.
