Delivering in Toulouse
The low-emission zone covers all of Toulouse inside the ring road and a small part of Colomiers and Tournefeuille, 72 km² in all. It applies 24 hours a day, 7 days a week: a vehicle rated Crit’Air 4, Crit’Air 5 or unclassified may neither drive nor park in it, and the Crit’Air sticker is compulsory for those that are allowed in. For your addresses in the zone, we send a vehicle that is allowed.
The city’s delivery by-law bars petrol and diesel vehicles from delivering in the centre, inside the Boulevards, from 11:30am to 7pm; electric, natural-gas (NGV) and non-motorised vehicles deliver there at any time, and on the Boulevards themselves and beyond, deliveries are allowed 24 hours a day. For a customer in the centre, we set a handover time when you book at which the vehicle we send is allowed to deliver.
On the pedestrian streets of the centre, vehicle access is reserved for, among others, delivery professionals. Around Saint-Sernin or in the Esquirol area, inside the Boulevards, a petrol or diesel vehicle delivers before 11:30am or from 7pm. For a shop or a restaurant on those streets, we set the handover within those hours, and we tell you when you book if the time you ask for falls outside them.

Toulouse and its Métropole
Every day, 135,000 deliveries are made across the Métropole’s territory. For a business delivering here, two perimeters matter. The ZFE low-emission zone covers 72 km²: all of Toulouse inside the ring road and a small part of Colomiers and Tournefeuille. It applies day and night. Further in, inside the Boulevards, a petrol or diesel vehicle does not deliver between 11:30am and 7pm. Everywhere in the city, a stop to deliver lasts 30 minutes at most, with a European parking disc behind the windscreen.
Every delivery is dedicated: the courier loads at your premises and goes straight to your recipients, with no depot or sorting centre in between. You almost always have several addresses to serve, and we link them into a multi-drop round: from a warehouse in Saint-Jory to your shops in the centre, for example, then on to those in Cugnaux. That is how our same-day delivery works, with a van from 5 m³ or, for several pallets, a truck of over 20 m³.
Refrigerated transport, chilled as well as frozen, is most of what we do. We send the courier at the time your production is ready or your wholesaler has finished preparing your order, and our night deliveries serve your restaurants, food shops and supermarkets before they open. If nobody is there to take delivery, the courier lets themselves in with the codes or keys you entrust to us and puts your products away in the cold room.
A customer who does not answer, a loading bay already taken, a stop running late: our team reaches the courier and the recipient, and calls you only when a decision is yours to make. That follow-up is what costs most in logistics, in time and in stress, and it is what we take on, every day from 6am to 10pm. Yes, the one we send is allowed in. The rule applies to any vehicle as soon as it drives or stops in the zone, that is, inside the ring road or in the small part of Colomiers and Tournefeuille it covers, even if it is only crossing it to reach an address outside: part of the western ring road and of the A624 lies inside. Vehicles rated Crit’Air 4, Crit’Air 5 and unclassified may neither drive nor park there, at any hour; Crit’Air 3 vehicles may still drive in it.
We send a vehicle that is allowed in the zone. You have nothing to provide, and you are not charged for it.
Yes. We deliver seven days a week, day and night, and our team follows your deliveries from 6am to 10pm. On Sundays, the ZFE applies just as it does on weekdays, 24 hours a day, and the vehicle we send is allowed in it.
