We deliver on D0 in the 37 municipalities of Toulouse Métropole: the courier collects your goods and hands them over on the day you order, such as a restock for a shop in the Esquirol area. Inside the Boulevards, the ring of boulevards around the historic centre, where a petrol or diesel vehicle may not deliver from 11:30am to 7pm, we place the handover before or after, as soon as you book.
D0 in Toulouse
Inside the Boulevards, a petrol or diesel vehicle may not deliver from 11:30am to 7pm; an electric, natural-gas (NGV) or non-motorised vehicle delivers there at any time. With a petrol or diesel vehicle, a morning order for a customer in the centre is therefore handed over before 11:30am if it is ready in time, otherwise from 7pm the same day, and you know that time as soon as you book.
The pedestrian streets of the centre are open to vehicles for, among others, delivery professionals. In the Esquirol area or around Saint-Sernin, inside the Boulevards, a same-day order carried by a petrol or diesel vehicle is handed over in the morning before 11:30am, or in the evening from 7pm. We set the handover in one of those two windows, and we tell you when you book if the time you ask for falls outside them.
Throughout the municipality of Toulouse, a stop to deliver, on the street or in a loading bay, is limited to 30 minutes. We prepare each stop before departure so that the courier unloads within that time: they know where to stop, and your customer knows when they will arrive.

How we work
A small part of Colomiers and Tournefeuille lies in the ZFE low-emission zone, like the whole city inside the Toulouse ring road: day and night, a vehicle rated Crit’Air 4, Crit’Air 5 or unclassified may not deliver there. For a same-day order to one of those addresses, we send a vehicle that is allowed in from the outset. On the Boulevards and beyond, we hand over your order at any time; inside them, we set the handover time according to the vehicle we send, and we plan the 30-minute stop before departure.
When you book, we note for each address its municipality, where it lies in relation to the Boulevards and the time at which your customer expects their goods. Several addresses make up a multi-drop round, whose stops we order so that your customers in the centre are served in the hours the vehicle is allowed. The partner courier who loads at your premises carries only your goods and goes straight to your customers. Every day from 6am to 10pm, our team lets your customer know when the courier will arrive and reaches the courier when a stop changes.

A vehicle that is allowed to deliver there. Inside the Boulevards, a vehicle longer than 9 metres may not deliver, except with a specific, one-off authorisation from the city. So when you book, we choose the vehicle for your volume and for that length, and confirm it to you before departure.
