In Nantes, one rule sets the time of most city-centre deliveries: every vehicle delivers there from 4am to 11.30am, in the pedestrian areas, in the regulated zone and in the limited traffic zone of the Cours des 50 Otages. The ZFE low-emission zone, which covers everything inside the ring road, changes the time of a delivery far less: at weekday peak times, it keeps out only the vehicles that cannot have a Crit’Air sticker. In the rest of the city of Nantes, no delivery hours or weight limit apply, and the Métropole’s 24 municipalities stretch from Couëron to Mauves-sur-Loire and from La Chapelle-sur-Erdre to Les Sorinières.
We load your orders in Carquefou or Bouguenais and deliver them across the Métropole, from Orvault to Vertou
The courier loads your goods at your warehouse, in Carquefou, in Bouguenais or anywhere else in the Métropole, and picks up nothing else on the way: the vehicle is reserved for your orders. We arrange your addresses into a multi-drop round that serves your city-centre shops first, from 4am, then your customers in Rezé, Orvault or Vertou, at the time each one takes delivery. In the limited traffic zone of the Cours des 50 Otages, the courier shows your customer’s delivery note. In a pedestrian area, where no bay is marked, they stop in the roadway, for 20 minutes at most, long enough to hand over your order. Depending on your volume, we send a van from 5 m³ or a truck of over 20 m³, and our same-day delivery follows the same order of stops.
Our night refrigerated rounds supply your Nantes restaurants, then your customers in Saint-Herblain, Rezé or Saint-Sébastien-sur-Loire
Most of the jobs our customers give us are refrigerated transport rounds, at 0–4 °C or −20 °C depending on your products. When your central kitchen or your production kitchen finishes its production during the night, the courier collects your products before dawn and reaches the city centre at 4am, when deliveries begin there. If a restaurant is still closed, they let themselves in with the codes or keys you entrust to us and put your products away in its cold room. They then carry on to your customers in Saint-Herblain, Rezé or Saint-Sébastien-sur-Loire: these are our night deliveries.
Our team gives you the new handover time when the courier is held up on the ring road
From 6am to 10pm, every day, our team follows each of your handovers. If your city-centre customer does not answer the door, if the courier is held up on the ring road or if your team prepares the order later than planned, they call the courier and your customer, then give you the new handover time. If that time runs past 11.30am, after which only electric, natural gas or hydrogen vehicles may still deliver in the city centre, they call you, because the decision is yours. In your dashboard, you follow each vehicle in real time and find the proof of every delivery.
