Refrigerated delivery
Chilled, from 0–4 °C to 0–7 °C depending on your products, and frozen at −20 °C. We agree the range with you before the first round, along with the loading temperature and the packaging.
It happens the same day. The refrigerated van, pre-cooled and reserved for your job, runs from your site to your customers with no depot in between. London, Brussels and Paris each have a page on what the city changes about chilled transport.
The van is pre-cooled before loading. On regular rounds, a logger records the temperature throughout the journey; if it leaves the agreed range, our team tells you during the round and decides the next step with you.
Yes. Refrigerated transport isn’t only for full pallets: a refrigerated van is reserved for your round, even for a few crates.
Yes. London, Brussels and the Métropole du Grand Paris each have their own zone, ULEZ, LEZ or ZFE; for every job we send a vehicle that is allowed in the delivery zone.
