Frequently asked questions
The Shippr dashboard
Do I need to install any software?
No. The dashboard opens in your browser, in English, French or Dutch. Your recipients install nothing either: they follow their delivery from a link.
Can I import my addresses from Excel?
Yes. You import a CSV, XLS or XLSX file, or paste a list of addresses. You match your columns to Shippr’s fields, every address is located on the map, and you fix any errors before you order. One import holds up to 500 destinations.
Can I schedule recurring deliveries?
Yes. You choose the days of the week, the frequency, every week or every N weeks, and an end date if you want one. The dashboard shows the next dates, and you pause a recurrence when your business does.
How do I pay for my deliveries?
By card or, depending on how often you are invoiced, by Direct Debit. Your invoices and credit notes are in the dashboard as PDFs, with their status, and you pay an open invoice online.
Can several people in my company use it?
Yes. An account can have several users, and one person can switch between accounts if they run more than one company. Our team sets up extra users when you ask.
