In Namur, the question is hardly ever distance. The district is compact, but its pedestrian zone takes deliveries at set times: three windows a day, cameras reading number plates outside them, a 30 km/h zone all around, and a pedestrian zone gaining new streets until the works end, expected in late 2029. There is no low-emission zone, though. So in Namur, a delivery succeeds or fails on its timing.
One vehicle reserved for your job, from loading to the last address
Your goods never pass through a depot or a sorting centre: the vehicle we reserve for you loads them at your premises and keeps them on board until handover. In Namur, that might be a warehouse in Gembloux restocking shops in the centre, a wholesaler supplying the city’s restaurants, or a part a workshop in Andenne or Sambreville is waiting for.
Your jobs almost always have several addresses. We bring them together in a multi-drop round whose order follows the windows: the pedestrian-zone addresses while it is open to deliveries, the others in between. That is also how our same-day delivery works, with a vehicle chosen for your volume, from a van to a 20 m³ lorry.
Cold goods load at night, before the first window
Most of what we do is refrigerated transport, chilled or frozen, and almost always as a round. Central kitchens, food wholesalers and caterers produce at night; restaurants, shops and supermarkets want their deliveries before they open to the public. Our night deliveries collect as production ends, and Namur has a window made for them: the pedestrian zone opens to deliveries from 5am.
A team that follows every handover
A street closed by the pedestrian-zone works, a shop still shut at the planned time, a recipient nobody can reach: our team deals with it, tells whoever needs to know and finds the fix. For your staff, the real cost of a delivery is that follow-up, far more than the journey; we keep it on our side. Someone answers from 6am to 10pm, every day of the week.
From the district to the rest of Belgium
Namur is as much a starting point as a destination: a warehouse in the district supplying the city, or a round that loads in Namur and carries on to Brussels, Antwerp, Ghent or elsewhere in Wallonia. We deliver anywhere in Belgium.
