The Shippr platform
Do I need to install any software?
No. The dashboard opens in your browser, in English, French or Dutch. Your recipients install nothing either: they follow their delivery from the link they receive by text or email.
Do my recipients need an account?
No. Each recipient gets their own tracking link by text or email and opens it in their browser, with no account and no app.
Can I connect my own software?
Yes. Our API creates your deliveries and sends their statuses back to you. Shopify, Deliverect, Urbantz, Orkestro and Woop are already connected to Shippr: if you use one of them, there is nothing to build.
What does my account include?
The dashboard, file imports, recurring deliveries, labels, exports, tracking and its notifications, the delivery code and the API. Temperature monitoring is switched on depending on your plan, and returnable-crate counts on request. Text messages are charged individually.
