In Lille, we plan every delivery around three rules, and around the trading hours of the wholesalers where our couriers load. The Grand’Place pedestrian area, closed off by bollards, opens to delivery vehicles only from 7am to 11am; on Saturdays, a wide area of the city centre becomes pedestrian from 11am; and the same low-emission zone covers, day and night, all 95 municipalities of the metropolitan area, from Lille to Roubaix and Tourcoing, where one town runs straight into the next.
The courier loads at your premises and goes straight to your customers in Greater Lille
Every delivery is dedicated: the vehicle carries only your goods, and no depot or sorting centre stands between your site and your recipients. In Greater Lille, that might be a warehouse in Lesquin restocking shops in central Lille, or a workshop in Roubaix delivering to its customers in Marcq-en-Barœul and Lambersart.
Most of your jobs have several stops: we link them into a multi-drop round that serves the Grand’Place addresses first, to reach them before 11am if you order early enough, then those that take delivery all day. That is how our same-day delivery works, with a van from 5 m³ or a truck of more than 20 m³ for several pallets.
Our couriers collect your fresh products at night or before dawn
Refrigerated transport, chilled as well as frozen, is the bulk of what we do. Central kitchens finish production during the night, wholesalers open early, at the Lomme wholesale market as elsewhere, and restaurants, shops and supermarkets across the metropolitan area expect their products before they open to the public. Our night deliveries fit into that interval. When nobody is on site yet, the courier delivers with the codes or keys you entrust to us, and puts your fresh products away in your cold room.
Our team monitors every delivery for you
A bollard that stays up, a customer who does not answer, a stop to move within the round: our team reaches the courier, lets your customer know and calls you when a decision is yours to make. That monitoring, far more than the drive itself, is what costs your teams time and stress, and we take it on every day from 6am to 10pm. Your dashboard shows where each delivery stands and keeps its proof.
We connect Greater Lille with the rest of France
We also take journeys between the metropolitan area and another region: a truck leaving a warehouse in the MEL on the A1 or the A25 for a customer elsewhere in France, or a van bringing stock from another site to your shops in Lille.
