What changes the price
Distance
The price follows the distance band. Once the courier leaves the departure city, miles are counted both ways.
Type of vehicle
A car, a van and a 20 m³ Luton do not cost the same. Choose the smallest vehicle that fits your shipments.
Express
A priority pickup adds 30% to the price of the delivery.
Minimum per vehicle
Each vehicle has a minimum price per order. For refrigerated vans, it covers most deliveries within the city.

How is the price calculated?
The price of a delivery depends on three things: the vehicle, the distance travelled and the lead time you ask for. Each vehicle has a minimum order. The exact price is calculated on your addresses when you order.
What makes the price change?
The distance, the type of vehicle, the express option (+30%) and the minimum per vehicle. Handling, tolls, Sundays and hours outside 8am–8pm are charged on top.
Why a range rather than an exact price?
Without your addresses and times, we do not know the exact distance, the loading time or when the delivery happens. The range covers simple A-to-B deliveries that match your answers.
Does the price include the courier's return trip?
Within the departure city, no: only the outbound trip counts. Once the courier leaves the departure city, miles are counted both ways. The estimate does not include that return: an expert will give it to you for your routes.
Are there discounts?
Yes, for regular volumes and for contracts of 2 years or more. The estimate is calculated without discounts. An expert will tell you which discounts apply to your volume and the length of your contract.
