Delivery · Marseille

In Marseille and across the Métropole, we deliver to your customers from Aix to La Ciotat.

Our partner couriers in Marseille collect your goods from your warehouse, your workshop or your central kitchen, and deliver them to your customers in the city’s 16 arrondissements, as far as Aubagne, Vitrolles or Martigues.

In the regulated-traffic zone in the centre, the courier always stops in a loading bay; across the rest of the city, the same applies from 7am to 9am and from 5pm to 7pm. When you book, we plan each handover around those rules, and if one can’t be met, you know straight away.

Delivering in Marseille

We take three rules of the city and the Métropole into account in every delivery in Marseille

For an address in the heart of Marseille, we send a vehicle allowed in the ZFE

The low-emission zone (ZFE) covers the heart of Marseille, up to the main boulevards that mark its edge, such as Plombières, Jarret or Prado 2. Only vehicles with a Crit’Air 3, 2, 1 or 0 sticker, France’s vehicle emissions rating, may drive and park there, vans and lorries included, every day and 24 hours a day. For each delivery inside the zone, we choose a partner whose vehicle is allowed there.

In the city-centre regulated-traffic zone, the courier unloads only in a loading bay, at any time

In the city-centre regulated-traffic zone, loading and unloading in the street is banned at all times, and the city has marked out loading bays for it. For every address in the zone, we choose before departure the bay where the courier will stop.

We deliver to your customers in pedestrian areas at the hours posted at the entrance to their street

In the pedestrian areas, such as those of the Opéra district and the lower Canebière, deliveries are allowed at the hours posted at the entrance to the area. At the entrance to some of them, the city lowers the bollards for deliveries Monday to Saturday from 6am to 10am, and on Sunday from 8am to 10am. We put those addresses at the start of the round, and we tell you when you book if a handover cannot keep to those hours.

Local rules checked in October 2026.

Marseille and its Métropole

We deliver across a Métropole of 92 municipalities, from the heart of Marseille to Pertuis and Saint-Zacharie

In Marseille, the time of a delivery matters as much as the route. In the regulated-traffic zone in the centre, the courier never unloads in the street: they stop in a loading bay. Across the city, from 7am to 9am and from 5pm to 7pm, vehicles may load and unload only in a loading bay; in the centre, the pedestrian areas are open to deliveries only at certain hours, and the ZFE is closed to vehicles rated Crit’Air 4 and 5 as well as to those with no sticker. The Métropole is also the largest in France: 3,148 km², from Fos-sur-Mer to Pertuis and from Marignane to La Ciotat. We take all of this into account before the courier sets off.

The courier drives straight from your warehouse to your customers in the Métropole

Your goods travel alone, in a vehicle used only for your job, from the collection point to your recipients, with no depot and no sorting on the way. In Marseille, for example, that might be a warehouse in Vitrolles restocking shops in the centre.

Most of your jobs have several addresses: we link them into a round that starts with the pedestrian areas whose bollards the city lowers in the morning, and we place the other handovers before 7am, between 9am and 5pm or after 7pm, or at a loading bay. Our same-day delivery works this way, from a 5 m³ van to a truck of more than 20 m³.

Refrigerated rounds that start before dawn

Refrigerated transport, chilled and frozen alike, is most of what we do. Central kitchens produce at night, food wholesalers sell from early morning, at the Marché Marseille Méditerranée in Les Arnavaux for example, and their customers want their deliveries before they open to the public. With our night deliveries, the courier collects your products at the end of production and hands them over to your customers before opening.

Our team follows every stop and keeps your customer informed

A loading bay already taken, a shop still closed, a recipient who does not answer: our team takes over, lets your customer know and reschedules the stop, every day from 6am to 10pm. That follow-up, far more than the journey, is what costs your teams time and energy, and it is what we take on. Your dashboard shows live tracking and proof of delivery for every drop.

Our services in Marseille

Two services have their own Marseille page, and our whole offer remains available

Same-day delivery has a page for Marseille because we set the time of each handover around the rush hours and the regulated-traffic zone; refrigerated transport has one because we deliver to your customers before they open to the public, while the city lowers the bollards of some pedestrian areas, Monday to Saturday from 6am to 10am. Our other services work here as everywhere we deliver.

Frequently asked questions

What you ask us before we deliver in Marseille

Do you deliver outside Marseille, to Aix-en-Provence or Martigues?

Yes. We deliver to the 92 municipalities of the Métropole d’Aix-Marseille-Provence: Marseille and its 16 arrondissements, Aix-en-Provence, Martigues, Aubagne, Istres, Salon-de-Provence and the others, as far as Pertuis and Saint-Zacharie. Beyond that, we link the Métropole with the rest of France.

Which Crit’Air sticker does a van need to deliver in central Marseille?

At least Crit’Air 3 in the ZFE, inside the main boulevards: a van rated Crit’Air 4 or 5, or with no sticker, may neither drive nor park there, at any time.

For every address inside the zone, we send a vehicle that is allowed there. You have nothing to provide, and it costs you nothing extra.

Can you deliver to a shop in a pedestrian area?

Yes, during the delivery hours posted at the entrance to the area. Where the bollards are lowered only in the morning, we place the handover before 10am. We set the handover time when you book, and tell you then if your order would arrive too late.
