The Métropole d’Aix-Marseille-Provence is the largest in France: 92 municipalities over 3,148 km², from Pertuis to La Ciotat and from Fos-sur-Mer to Saint-Zacharie. Across Marseille, from 5pm to 7pm, vehicles may load and unload only in a loading bay. When your customer takes delivery between 5pm and 7pm, we choose that bay before the courier sets off, and you know the handover time when you book.
Some pedestrian areas in the centre open to deliveries only in the morning, until 10am. When you book too late for the courier to get there before then, we let you know when you book, with the next window the address allows. For an order collected early, we put those addresses at the start of the journey.

In practice
Between 5pm and 7pm, the city requires vehicles to stop in a loading bay: for a handover at those times, we choose the bay when you book. And from Istres to La Ciotat, the Métropole covers 3,148 km²: we work out the journey over the real distance before confirming that the handover takes place the same day.
Your order leaves in a vehicle that carries only your goods, without going through a warehouse: a 5 m³ van for a few boxes, a truck of more than 20 m³ for pallets, which the courier unloads with a pallet truck. When you have several customers to deliver to, we link their addresses into a round that keeps to each one’s time slot. Our team follows every delivery every day from 6am to 10pm, and it is our team that calls your customer if the courier cannot find them.
