D0 in Lille
On the Grand’Place, the window open to delivery vehicles closes at 11am. A same-day order for a customer in that area only works, then, if the courier can load at your premises and reach them before that time. We check this when we take your order, from the time you place it and where the goods leave from, and if it is no longer possible, we tell you before you confirm.
On Saturdays, from 11am, the streets of a large part of the city centre are given over to pedestrians until 7pm. An order placed that morning for a shop in that area can still be handed over: our planning and routing algorithms order the round so that the courier is out of it before 11am, and if your order comes in too late for that, we tell you when you book.
At the Lomme wholesale market, for example, wholesalers trade Monday to Friday from 6am to 4pm, and the market is closed on Saturdays and Sundays. A same-day order leaving from one of them is therefore collected on a weekday, within those hours: we tell you when you book whether the courier can still load it and hand it over to your customer the same day.

How we work
For a same-day order in Lille, we first look at where each of your customers is. A customer on the Grand’Place must receive your order before 11am: when you book, we check that your order comes in early enough for that. On Saturdays, a large part of the city centre becomes pedestrian from 11am to 7pm, so we deliver to its shops in the morning. Elsewhere in Greater Lille, from Lambersart to Wattrelos, we deliver at the time that suits your customer. Everywhere, day and night, the delivering vehicle is allowed in the metropolitan area’s low-emission zone.
The partner courier who loads at your premises carries only your goods, and goes straight to your customers. When there are several, we link them into a multi-drop round that our algorithms order by each one’s deadline. Our team tells your customer when the courier will arrive, and your dashboard shows every handover with its proof of delivery.
Meat, dairy products or ready meals travel in a refrigerated vehicle: our refrigerated transport in Lille collects them as soon as they are ready and hands them over to your customers before they open.

Inside that area, the streets are reserved for pedestrians from 11am to 7pm: so we place its stop before 11am, and if your order comes in too late for that, we tell you when you book and offer a handover after 7pm, since we deliver in the evening too.
Yes. The courier loads at your warehouse and links your shops into a single round, with no stop at a depot. They serve those on the Grand’Place first, to reach them before 11am if you order early enough, then the others. We’ll confirm that when you book.
Yes, between 7am and 11am, when delivery vehicles may enter the area, and we’ll confirm at booking whether your order comes in early enough for that window. For several pallets, we book a truck of more than 20 m³; for a restock, a van from 5 m³ is enough. The courier unloads with a sack truck or a pallet truck and puts the goods on the shelves if you ask.
