The pedestrian zone takes deliveries only from 5am to 7:30am, from 9am to 11:30am and from 5:30pm to 8pm. Ordered in the morning, a handover for a shop in the pedestrian zone aims for the 9am–11:30am window if the journey allows, otherwise the 5:30pm–8pm one. If neither can be kept, we tell you when you book, and the handover moves to the next morning.
Since 20 September 2022, ANPR cameras have read number plates at the entrance to the pedestrian zone outside the access hours; when a vehicle is not on the list of authorised vehicles, its owner receives an administrative fine. An urgent delivery changes nothing: we set a handover time inside the window rather than put the courier at risk of a fine.
Outside the pedestrian zone, you can deliver wherever stopping and parking are allowed, including the red zones reserved for stopping from 7:30am to 11:30am, the purple zones with a free 30-minute ticket, and the centre’s 15 drop-off zones. For a same-day handover, that is what saves circling the block in a city centre limited to 30 km/h.
