When you book, we choose the vehicle for your volume and set the handover time within the window allowed at your customer’s address.
D0 in Bordeaux
The speed limit is 30 km/h across almost the whole city, except on main roads such as the quays, and 20 km/h in shared-space zones, where pedestrians have priority. We allow for those speeds when we place a same-day handover in your round and when we give you its time.
In Bordeaux’s pedestrian zone, a vehicle may enter only to make a delivery or to reach an off-street car park or private garage, and it drives at walking pace. For a shop or restaurant on those streets, the handover time we give you when you book includes that walking-pace drive from the edge of the zone.
Bordeaux Métropole publishes in advance the dates and times when the Chaban-Delmas bridge closes to traffic, and the harbour master’s office can still change them. For a same-day order from one bank to the other, we check those closures when you book, and the handover time we give you includes crossing by another bridge when the Chaban-Delmas is closed.

How we work
In Bordeaux, we plan a same-day order starting from the time your customer can take delivery. A shop in the pedestrian zone is delivered between 6am and 11am; if you order too late in the morning to make that window, we tell you as soon as you book. You have nothing to check yourself and nobody to chase: our team follows the delivery every day from 6am to 10pm and calls your customer if the time changes.
The courier loads at your premises and goes straight to your recipients, with no depot in between: the vehicle is reserved for your order. Most often, your addresses make up a multi-drop round that we order by the time each customer can take delivery, placing the shops in the pedestrian zone before 11am. Depending on what you send, from a few boxes to several pallets, we use a van from 5 m³ or a truck of over 20 m³. The page for our same-day delivery describes the service in detail.

The service
The service is the same in all our cities. In Bordeaux, we organise it around the streets limited to 30 km/h, the central pedestrian zone, delivered in the morning, and the journeys from one bank to the other.
