Our partner couriers in Montpellier take charge of your order and deliver it within the day (D0), anywhere in the Métropole: for example, the part a supplier in Vendargues has to get to a workshop in Juvignac that afternoon. As soon as you book, we reserve a vehicle sized to the load and allowed in the ZFE, then set the time of each handover, before 10am for a customer in the Écusson.
A same-day delivery in Montpellier
Montpellier has several pedestrian areas: the Écusson and Antigone, but also Celleneuve, Richter, Port Marianne and Odysseum. Parking is banned there, and an authorised vehicle may only make a short stop. So for a same-day order to one of these addresses, we agree with you, as soon as you book, when your customer will be there to take it in.
In the Écusson, the whole historic centre, deliveries are allowed until 10am; in the Antigone pedestrian area, until 11am. For a same-day order to one of these addresses, we work out as soon as you book whether the courier can collect it and hand it over before that time. If not, you know before we confirm.
The Métropole’s order exempts the access routes to several business parks from the ZFE, including Garosud–Restanque in Montpellier, Courpouyran in Juvignac, the Saint-Jean-de-Védas parks and the Salaison park in Vendargues. Your customers, on the other hand, are almost always inside the zone: so for a same-day order, we send a van that is allowed to drive there for the whole journey.

In practice
In Montpellier, the time of your order often matters for a same-day delivery. For a customer in the Écusson, the handover has to happen before 10am, or before 11am in Antigone: we tell you as soon as you book whether that is possible. The low-emission zone applies every day and 24 hours a day in the Métropole’s 31 municipalities, and a van rated Crit’Air 3, 4 or 5 may neither drive nor park there. Even for an order that comes in during the afternoon, we book a partner whose van is allowed in the zone, and then confirm the handover to you.
The vehicle we book is reserved for your load and drives straight to your customer, with no stop at a warehouse: a van from 5 m³ for boxes, a truck of more than 20 m³ for pallets, which the courier unloads with a pallet truck. If you deliver to several customers on the same day, we group them into a multi-drop round in which each one is delivered at the agreed time. Our team follows every delivery, every day from 6am to 10pm.

No: in the city of Montpellier, apart from a few main roads, the speed limit is 30 km/h, and that is the limit we use to work out the handover time when you book. The time we give you already allows for it.
