Same-day, in Brussels
In the city-centre pedestrian zone, a vehicle may only deliver between 4am and 11am. A handover at an address in the zone is therefore planned for the morning, or goes by cargo bike in the afternoon when the volume and the weather allow. We tell you when you order, not when we arrive.
An urgent delivery leaves no time to check a Euro standard. The 19 communes are a low-emission zone, 24 hours a day: we send a vehicle that is allowed from the start, from a cargo bike to a van.
