A part a workshop in Herstal needs before noon, extra stock between two city-centre shops, an online shop in Ans sending parcels to customers in Chênée and Jupille: Shippr delivers them D0 in Liège and the 24 municipalities of its district, in a vehicle chosen for the address, the load and the hour the street opens to deliveries.
D0, the Liège way
In the pedestrian zones, vehicles deliver only from 7am to 11.30am. An order placed at 9am for a city-centre shop therefore leaves straight away. If the journey cannot make it before 11.30am, we tell you when you book, and the handover is set for the next morning.
In the historic centre, because of the tram, the window is shorter: two and a half hours, from 9am to 11.30am. Those handovers therefore open the round at 9am, ahead of streets that take deliveries all day.
Outside the pedestrian zone the city has 235 loading bays, plus Shop & Drive spaces by the shops that are free for 30 minutes. Our partners stop there: a double-parked handover on a tram route holds everyone up, and sometimes earns a fine.

How we work
In Liège, a same-day delivery is decided in the morning. The pedestrian zones close to vehicles at 11.30am, the historic centre opens only at 9am, and the district stretches across both banks of the Meuse, from Oupeye to Seraing. An order that lands at 10am for a city-centre shop leaves no margin. Finding a carrier who knows that, then chasing the driver and the recipient until the goods change hands: that is the time your teams lose, and the time we take back.
We need a collection point, some destinations, a volume and a deadline. Orders rarely go to a single address, so the stops become a multi-drop round that passes through the centre before 11.30am and ends with the addresses that take deliveries all day. A partner with the right vehicle, from a van to a 20 m³ lorry, takes it on, and your goods leave the vehicle only at the handover, without passing through a sorting centre.

A delivery handed over on the day it is ordered. It is the word our customers use in their quote requests, where a standard carrier delivers D+1. In Liège, collection and handover both happen within the day, at a time the address accepts delivery vehicles.
Early enough for the handover to fall before 11.30am, and after 9am if the shop is in the historic centre. For a nearby address, an order early in the morning is enough; when you book, we confirm the time, or the move to the next morning.

Not for Liège: Wallonia has had no plan for a region-wide low-emission zone since 2024, and the city has not yet settled its own. If the collection is in Brussels or Flanders, the vehicle we send is allowed into the LEZ where it starts.
