The application automatically calculates the time taken, based on your GPS position and the status update that you do manually in the app: en route, on site, during delivery,...
So be sure to use your application properly during deliveries. Indeed, any breach cannot be justified to a potential customer. Therefore, our operators will not be able to add it manually.
Handling costs are automatically calculated For every 5 minutes completed.
Once the delivery is complete, you will see Handling estimate. This one is waiting for validation.
In fact, each handling must be approved by one of our operators. This check is done 1 time per day manually.
So sometimes you do not directly see the addition of handling fees to the total of the trip. Please note that it will be taken into account as soon as our collaborator has validated this handling time.
Once the handling has been validated, you will be able to consult the final amount as well as the explanation of the calculation in detail.
