Yes, each partner using the platform must have their own account in the application. For company managers it is of course possible to define who works with you, whether the prices are visible or not, and to invoice at the end of the month the services of your employees via the same VAT number. However, we would like to emphasise that each person making a delivery must have their own account. Without this, it is impossible for the support or the customer to officially follow the route of their goods or to have correct estimates of the delivery times. It is currently not possible for a company manager to assign deliveries to his employees alone, we are working on a project to make this possible in the near future.

Yes, independent couriers can use the Shippr app. The requirement for VAT and company numbers is part of our registration process and does not mean that our platform is only for enterprises. Self-employed individuals are welcome to use our services.
